By entrusting us with your event planning, you save both time and money. We leverage our network of caterers, printers, rental services, staff, and more to secure the best rates. We know where, how, and how much to spend to make your event a success, offering you a stress-free planning experience.

For corporate events, you’ll also save your employees time and headaches. Many employees, whether volunteered or assigned to plan company events, often have no prior experience in event planning. This frequently leads to major issues on the day of the event, as small but crucial details are overlooked due to lack of expertise.

After an initial consultation (in person, via video call, or over the phone), we will provide you with a detailed pricing proposal. If you agree to the proposal, a 50% deposit will be required to secure our services.

We provide a full-service event planning experience and will support you with all your ideas, from the simplest to the most original.

However, for corporate events, some services fall outside our scope. For example, we do not handle photo/video coverage, write speeches for you or your hosts, or manage your social media accounts.

That said, if you need a service outside our expertise, we’ll gladly connect you with a trusted professional who will deliver excellent results.

Ideally, depending on the type of event, you should contact us 6 to 12 months in advance. However, thanks to our adaptability and efficiency, we can work with you as little as 3 weeks to 1 month before your event date.

If you prefer managing your event but need help with specific tasks such as booking a venue, securing a caterer, or printing your invitations, thank-you cards, or other communication materials, you can count on us. We’ll be delighted to assist you as much as possible.

If you choose not to have us present for Day-of Coordination, we will do everything to ensure things run smoothly by providing detailed notes to vendors and on-site staff. Should you need us outside office hours, you’ll be able to reach us without any issue. We will provide you with our emergency contact number.
